Development includes worlds tallest building and worlds largest shopping mall
Local developer Emaar Properties has selected Hill International to take over as the programme manager on its Dubai Creek Harbour development.
The US-based firm will replace the UKs Faithful +Gould, which was appointed as programme manager for the development in early 2016.
Located in the Ras al-Khor area of Dubai, the Dubai Creek Harbour development will be home to the worlds tallest building, known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, other residential towers, and a large retail centre that could be the worlds largest.
Emaar has appointed contractors to provide pre-construction services for the tall tower, and is close to appointing contractors for infrastructure works at the site. It has also appointed contractors for the construction of various residential towers.
