Access to MEED.com

Q. What type of access can I have to MEED.com?

As a MEED.com user, you can either:

  1. Sign up for free registered content as a Guest User
  2. Subscribe to MEED for full access to exclusive subscriber-only digital content or
  3. Subscribe to a Premium membership for access to digital content, printed MEED Business Review magazines and exclusive service for Premium customers.

Q. Do I have to login to MEED.com each time I visit?

No, all you need to do is make sure the ‘Remember Me’ box is checked when you log in. This will set a cookie on your computer, which, providing you do not log out, will always remember you on that machine.

Q. I am having problems logging in to MEED.com, what should I do?

You should check that you are entering the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button. This will redirect you to a page, where you can enter your email address (the one you are registered with), and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you can’t remember what e-mail address you registered with, simply get in touch with our Customer Success team (+971 4 818 0263) and we will be happy to assist.

Q. How do I change my registration details, including my email address and password?

All of your registration details are held in Your Profile section. To access your details, click on My Account followed by ‘My Profile’, this will take you through to your profile page, where you can make any changes you need to. Once you have updated your details, you must make sure to save them by clicking the ‘Save Changes’ button at the end of the page.

Subscribing to MEED

Q. How do I subscribe to MEED?

The easiest and quickest way to subscribe to MEED is online. Alternatively, you can contact our Subscriptions department to speak to someone.

Q. What do I get from a subscription to MEED?

MEED gives you access to the latest MENA business intelligence, an online archive of articles dating back to 1994, copies of MEED Business Review, instant access to news, data, analysis and much more… to find out more about our different packages, click here.

A subscription to MEED includes full access to MEED.com for a single user only. Should you wish to inquire about multiple licenses, kindly contact our corporate subscriptions team.

Q. Once I sign up, how I can activate my subscription?

Once you have signed up for a subscription to MEED, your account will be activated by our Customer Success team within 24 business hours. As soon as the account is active, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to set up your password and to get online.

Q. How do I amend the delivery address for my MEED Business Review magazine?

To amend the delivery address for your MEED Business Review, please contact our Customer Success team, who will be happy to make the changes for you.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription to MEED?

Receiving Newsletters

Q. How do I sign up for MEED email newsletters?

If you are an existing subscriber, simply go to your account page and select the newsletters you would like to receive.

If you are not a subscriber, but are interested in sampling MEED content, kindly register as Guest User to receive our regular newsletter featuring selected, open content.

Q. I signed up for MEED email newsletters, but have not received any – why is this?

To ensure you receive the newsletters you signed up for:

  1. Check that the email you provided is correct and working
  2. Your email server could be blocking our emails as it sees them as spam. To check this, either look at your privacy settings on your computer or speak to your IT department to help you add MEED to your safe list
  3. Check your junk mail folders and if the emails have been identified there, mark these newsletters as safe
  4. In case none of the above helps, please contact our Customer Success team (+971 4 818 0263) to speak to someone.
