Development will be built in new financial district
Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Development Company and Taiwan’s Farglory Group are set to develop an estimated $1bn hotel and residential project in the emirate’s new financial district, Reuters has reported, citing a source close to the project. The project includes high-end residences, office buildings, luxury hotels and shopping malls and construction is set to begin in the third quarter of next year, with completion due in 2016, the source said.
