Dubai-based online fashion store is considering plans to expand across the Middle East and North Africa (Mena), as it targets "an untapped multibillion-dollar market," The National has reported. Funded by a Berlin-based internet firm, Namshi was launched in December and sells clothes and footwear to GCC countries and Egypt. "It's a multibillion-dollar opportunity in a market that is untapped," said Louis Lebbos, the co-founder of Namshi. "We are not aiming to capture a portion of the e-commerce market. We're aiming to capture a portion of the retail market in the region."
