One building is a 24-storey commercial tower with a dual-level podium and four basement levels. The other building is a 20-storey residential building with two basement levels.
Construction of the commercial tower is scheduled to start in January next year, with work on the residential tower expected to start in March.
The project manager is Australia’s Coffey.
The clients are Island Office Property Holdings for the commercial building and Island Property Developments for the residential building. Both are subsidiaries of Sinogulf Real Estate Investments.
