The deadline is 4 October
Six companies are prequalified to bid by 4 October for the contract to build the new Saudi Arabian embassy in Cairo.
The prequalifiers include France’s Vinci, Athens-based Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCC), Saudi Binladin Groupand El-Seif Engineering Contracting, both of Saudi Arabia, and Thinet Internationalof France.
The complex will comprise two 90-metre-high towers, one of which will contain office space and the other apartments for embassy staff.
