Firms submit bids for Shadidyah housing project

Local firms have submitted bids for a housing project in Kuwait's Shadidiyah district.

First Kuwaiti was the low bidder for the work with KD29m ($108m), followed by Copri with KD29.4m. Al-Hani came in the highest with a bid of KD52m.

The contract covers the design and construction of the housing project.

The firms that tabled bids for the project include Al-Hani Construction & Trading company, Khaled Ali al-Kharafi & Brothers company, Copri Construction Enterprises and First Kuwaiti for General Trading & Contracting.

The client for the project is the Ministry of Public Works.
