The project, which is valued at SR500m ($133m), will be main building for the Communications Ministry in the kingdom’s capital.
It is expected to be 15-floors in height and will have a built-up area of 50,000 square metres.
Six companies are believed to be bidding for the project.
Construction is expected to take at least 30 months.
