Five firms line up for Oman sewage work

Five companies have purchased tender documents for the construction of a sewage network system at Barka South in Al-Batinah province, by the 8 October deadline.

The potential bidders for the project are Global Trading & Contracting Company, Towell al-Zawraa Engineering Services, Al-Ansari Trading Enterprise and Galfar Engineering & Contracting, all local, and Target Engineering Construction Company of the UAE.

The deadline for bids is 10 November. The successful bidder will build the sewage network system and upgrade an existing sewage treatment plant in the Al-Batinah region in the north of the country.

The Regional Municipalities & Water Resources Ministry is the client.
