Airline adds Kathmandu to network
FlyDubai will add Kathmandu in Nepal to its network of long-distance destinations from 15 December. This will bring its total number of destinations to 11.
The airline will operate flights four time a week to the country.
The carrier, backed by the Dubai government, launched in June and flies to Beirut, Amman, Damascus and Aleppo in Syria, Alexandria, Djibouti, Doha, Khartoum and Baku.
FlyDubai will also launch operations to Bahrain from 13 December.
The airline plans to travel to 12 destinations in its first year of operation (MEED 16:7:08). The company declined to elaborate on the twelfth destination.
