Fortune Group International plans more Ajman projects

25 August 2008
Dubai-based property developer Fortune Group International is planning five projects worth AED2.5 bn ($680m) at the Park View masterplan development in Ajman.

The development will be located on Emirates Road opposite Emirates City and all five projects are due for completion by 2011. There will be five 43-storey high-rise towers on the development. The first two to be built will be Fortune Heights and Fortune Bellevue.

The first to be built will be a mixed-use tower known as Fortune Heights. It will have a built-up area of 36,000 square metres with 400 residential units, including studio apartments on 25 floors and 90 commercial units on 10 floors. The client decided to start work on Fortune Heights first so it can demonstrate the level of design and facilities.

Construction is due to start at the end of the year and Fortune Bellevue will follow shortly after. This tower will consist of residential apartments only.

The amenities include a 24,000-square metre public park right in the centre of the development, spacious sporting facilities, a children’s play area and a mosque.

All of the projects are being designed and built by the local Al-Sahel Engineering, who are also working on Fortune Group International’s other project at Emirates City, Crown Residencia, a 25-storey residential and commercial high rise tower.

“Other projects from Fortune Group International at Park View will be Fortune Boulevard and Fortune Doctor’s Tower, of which a decision is yet to be made about their interior” said a representative from the developers. “Construction is due to start in January, however” he added.

The local ABH Property is the master developer for Park View.
