The four are thought to be members of the Ansar al-Islam, a group linked al-Qaeda said a police official, who also confirmed that materials used to produce bombs were seized.

In May, police in the northwestern city of Bursa detained 16 people suspected of planning a bomb attack during the summit. Nine were charged with terrorism.
