Fujitsu Siemens Computers' notebook business posted growth across the Middle East in the fourth quarter of 2008, despite the economic slowdown, including a 242% jump in year-on-year sales in Egypt, the company said in a statement. Fujitsu Siemens Computers also continued its presence in the region's desktop market posting a 46% YoY growth in Saudi Arabia while the market there grew at a mere six per cent, and 65% in other Middle East markets.
