Gama readies Sharjah operation

UK-based business aviation services provider Gama Aviation is set to launch charter services before the end of 2009 from its new facility in the Middle East, Flightglobal website has reported. The firm, which had opened a sales office in Sharjah last June, has recently added two more managed business jets - a Bombardier Challenger 605 and an 850 - to its single-aircraft fleet in the region. 'We are growing the business gradually in the Middle East and expect to add up to five more aircraft to our managed fleet here before the end of 2010,' Gama Group general manager Dave Edwards said.
