Oman’s International Cable Industries has formed a joint venture with US-based General Cable Corporation to distribute a wide variety of wire and cable products, Oman Daily Observer has reported. The joint venture, in which General Cable will have a majority interest, will distribute wire and cable products for the energy, electrical infrastructure and construction markets in Oman and other GCC countries.
