Gulf Projects 5 April 2010: Index down 0.5 per cent

The MEED Projects index decreased by 0.5 per cent in the week to 5 April.

All GCC countries witnessed decreases in deal volume with the exception of Qatar. The total value of projects on hold is now over $652bn and the index is down 9.3 per cent on the previous year.
