Work includes construction of new roads and a wadi crossing
The UK’s Halcrow has won the contract to provide design and supervision services to improve traffic movement in the roads around a number of private schools in Al-Ain.
Al-Ain Municipality awarded the contract, which involves the construction of new roads, a new wadi crossing, four junctions with signals, and the provision of services such as storm water drainage.
It is Halcrow’s first project with Al-Ain municipality.
Sami Al-Qazzaz, Halcrow’s regional manager, says that the project will significantly improve traffic circulation in the area.
