Libyan joint venture releases two tenders for En Naga and Tibisti fields in North African state
Libya’s Harouge Oil Operations has invited companies to prequalify for two packages at two of its oil fields in the North African state.
The first package covers the second phase development of the En Naga field located in the southern, central part of the Sirte Basin. The scope of works includes preliminary engineering as well as associated procurement construction, commissioning and performance testing at the field.
The second package includes the detailed engineering, procurement construction and performance testing for the produced water disposal at Tibisti field, located in the middle of the Sirte basin.
Harouge is a joint venture between Libya’s state-owned National Oil Corporation and Canada’s Petro-Canada. The company has developed and operates five onshore fields in Libya.
