Both health care facilities will have 300 beds
US-based Hill International has been awarded a contract by Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) to provide project and construction management services for two new hospitals in Kuwait.
These projects entail the construction of two 300-bed secondary care hospitals, staff accommodation buildings and parking facilities. The hospitals will be located in Al-Ahmadi and Al-Jahra.
Hill says its three-year contract has an estimated value of KWD3.9m ($13.1m).
Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) was established as a public-private partnership as part of the State of Kuwaits National Healthcare Expansion Plan.
