Occupancy rates in UAE hotels fell by 4.9% in November, according to data from STR Global. In Dubai, occupancy averaged 84.9% in November, representing a decline of 5.6% compared to the same month in 2007. Hotels in the emirate also reported an 8.8% decrease in ADR (average daily rate) and a 13.9% drop in RevPAR (revenue per available room) compared to the same period the previous year, STR Global said.
