Kuwait-based company secured $115m in funding to complete a luxury hotel in Dubai
Kuwait-based IFA Hotels and Resorts has secured $115m in funding to complete a luxury hotel in Dubai. The financing deal is expected to enable the completion of the Fairmont Palm Jumeirah hotel project by the first quarter of 2012, IFA said. The property will be the fifth project IFA Hotels and Resorts has completed on the trunk of the iconic island.
