Global fund manager ING Investment Management has said Saudi Arabia and Egypt are two of the countries with the highest growth potential in the Mena region, Reuters has reported. Head of equities at ING's Middle East Investment Team Fadi Al Saeed has said the two countries 'have a very high proportion of under-20-year-olds, providing the opportunity to build niche markets and diversify away from petrochemicals.' The Dubai-based fund sees investment opportunities in the food industry, particularly fertilisers.
