InterContinental Hotels has signed a deal with US technology companies Cisco and Nortel to supply its 74 hotels in the Middle East and North Africa with networking equipment.
The two suppliers will install fixed-line voice and data connections, as well as equipment, at all of the UK group's hotels. InterContinental plans to increase its number of hotels in the region to 150 by the end of 2010.
