Hamad al-Bishri, deputy CEO of Qatar Railways Company (Qatar Rail), sat with MEED to go through the organisation’s major projects, providing an update on progress.

Part one focuses on the metro project, upcoming work and the Lusail light rail scheme.

In part two, Al-Bishri discusses the GCC rail project, efforts to build the Doha Metro using sustainable standards and the treatment of labourers working on the company’s developments.
