Reza Nakhjavani, president of Iran’s Civil Aviation Organisation has filed a complaint to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) over fuel sanctions imposed on Iranian flights by several European countries, Mehr news has reported. Nakhjavani said that sanctions imposed on Iranian flights by European allies of the US were not proportionate with the UN sanctions slapped on the Islamic republic.
