Project will involve building wastewater plants in six Iranian cities
Irans National Water & Wastewater Engineering Company has invited companies to express interest in the contract to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for the project to build six wastewater treatment plants.
The PMC contract will cover the construction of wastewater treatment plants in the following six cities:
- Abadeh
- Darab
- Fassa
- Firoozabad
- Neyriz
- Sepidan
The six plants will have a combined total capacity of 64,400 cubic metres a day (cm/d). In addition to building the plants, the project will include constructing a collection and transmission network, which will have a total length of 550 kilometres.
The project is being financed by the Islamic Development Bank.
