Iranian gas condensate output rises 50 per cent

Output has reached 69 million barrels

Iran’s National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) has said gas condensates produced by the country in the first six months of current Iranian calendar year, which started on 21 March 21, rose by 50 per cent to 69 million barrels, compared to 46 million barrels in the same period a year earlier. Iran also produced over 72 billion cubic metres of sweet gas during the period, up 5 per cent from the previous year’s figure of 68.79 billion cubic meters.
