Biography: John Cowling is a consultant with UK-based Faithful & Gould, a leading global project and cost management consultant. He is responsible for development of the risk and value management practice in the company’s Middle East and India regional office, based in Dubai.

His key areas of expertise include development of risk-management strategies, policies and procedures, finance, training, change management, security, preparation of ministerial briefings for private and government clients, and advising clients.

He joined the regional division as risk and value manager in July 2008 with more than 20 years’ experience of advising on risk management strategies.
