Jordan’s Arabtech Jardaneh has bought out US-based water management services company MWH from its joint venture company MWH Arabtech Jardaneh.

The two companies have participated in the joint venture for 18 years.

MWH Arabtech Jardaneh has provided engineering design services in the water, waste, environment and sustainability sectors throughout in the Middle East.

Arabtech Jardaneh has renamed the company AJ Water & Environment following the takeover. 

Arabtech Jardaneh says that it will continue to maintain a relationship with MWH on individual projects.
