Project covers supply and installation of pipes
Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has again extended the deadline for companies to respond to a tender for the replacement of the water supply infrastructure in Doha.
The 24 January deadline was previously extended to early February. It has now been extended again, to 28 February.
The project comprises the supply and installation of pipes and fittings to replace and upgrade the existing water distribution networks.
The replacement pipes will have diameters ranging from 100 to 900 millimetres, with a total approximate length of 115 kilometres.
Medium density polyethylene service connections and electronic water metres will also be provided.
