Khoie Properties has announced it has finalised the required $500m funding for its flagship waterfront development, La Hoya Bay, in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The developer has not revealed the terms of the funding, but confirmed that the Escrow Account is to be opened soon and that Arabtec “will fully mobilise on site shortly.”
