The campus will be built on a 273,000-square-metre site in the Academic City area along Emirates Road (formerly the Dubai Bypass Road).

The project involves building three faculty buildings together with infrastructure, parking and landscaping. The total built-up area is 21,200 sq m. For sustainability, the project is targeting a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver rating.
