General Directorate of Civil Aviation invites firms to bid for construction work
Kuwait’s General Directorate of Civil Aviation has invited contractors to bid by 18 October for a deal to build aircraft hangars for cargo planes at Kuwait International airport.
The estimated value of the contract is KD40m ($140m). The project is the latest to be tendered at the airport.
In early September, the General Directorate of Civil Aviation received bids from six firms for a contract to build administrative buildings and a fire station.
In early August, contractors submitted prices for runway work, aircraft hangars and roads at Kuwait International airport (MEED 3:9:09).
