Kuwaitis unveil Riyadh ambitions

Kuwait-based Grand Real Estate Projects Company has signed a memorandum of understanding to build a new tourism development in Riyadh. The project, to be carried out in partnership with a local company, will have total project costs of about SR 4,000 million ($1,100 million).
