Seven firms have been prequalified for the design, supply and installation of a distilled water treatment unit at Doha Eastern Power and Water Distillation Station.
The firms, all international, include France’s Vivendi Water System, Korea’s Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction, Ionics Italba Spa of Italy and the US’s Metito Overseas.
The closing date for bids is 14 December 2008. A pre-tender meeting will be held on 5 November at the Doha power and water distillation station.
The client is the Ministry of Electricity & Water.
