Dubai-based aircraft-leasing company LCAL said today that it has cancelled 16 of its 21 orders for Boeing Co.'s 787 Dreamliner plane due to the 'challenges of the gloabl recession', Bloomberg has reported, citing an interview with Fakhar Daghestani, Boeing's spokesman for the Middle East.
