Located in the capital, Amman, the residential twin towers are expected to reach more than 200 metres in height and at least 60 storeys.
The towers will feature more than 550 apartments accommodating up to 2,000 people.
At the ground level, a 1,000 square metre indoor plaza will contain retail, entertainment and leisure facilities, plus 5,600 square metres of communal outdoor space.
The project is due to break ground in August 2008.
Limitless, a Dubai-based developer, is also involved with a number of international projects, including the $12bn Al-Wasl mixed-used development near Riyadh and the $220m Halong Star in Vietnam, which broke ground at the end of 2007 (MEED 13:12:07).
