Lebanon's prosecutor general has said that more than $15 million of Iraqi money which was seized on a plane that landed in Beirut in January will be returned to Baghdad. Adnan Addoum said the money will be returned after the Iraqi Foreign Ministry had sent a letter demanding the cash.
