Taher Gargour, deputy chief executive of Egypt-based Lecico has said the ceramics maker hopes to double its sales of sanitaryware to 13 million units by 2017 and expects Q3 profit this year to beat Q2, Reuters has reported. "At 6.7 million pieces of capacity, we are at the bottom end of the top 10 producers in the world of sanitary ware," he said. "But just looking at our markets in Europe and the Middle East, it is easy to imagine ... that we can double that capacity and sales volume over the next seven years."
