The local Ali & Sons Group has started work on an estimated $150m residential tower for the local Juma al-Majid Group.

The project involves building a 45-storey residential tower and car park building. The tower will have a ground floor, mezzanine level, 44 floors, two technical levels, a health club, and a rooftop pool covering an area of 55,450 square metres.

The car park building will comprise three basements, one intermediate floor, ground floor, seven floors and a roof area covering 16,380 sq m.

The consultant is Lebanon’s Khatib & Alami.
