The RSG Group of Companies has awarded the local Al-Habbai Contracting the AED500m ($136m) contract to build its Sabah Rotana tower on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
The contract involves the construction of a 54-storey building and is due to be completed for Dubai Expo 2020. The tower’s design features asymmetrical balconies and pointed tapered sides.
The consultant is the local Al-Asri Engineering Consultant.
The tower will be built in Tecom’s Sufouh Gardens development on Sheikh Zayed road opposite the Al-Barsha area.
