The local Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been awarded a AED311m ($85m) contract to design and construct the Una apartments at Nshama’s Town Square development in Dubai.
The 25-month project involves the delivery of two nine-storey buildings with an area of 90,350 square metres.
The mixed-use development includes 192 studio apartments and 764 one-bedroom apartments with ground floor retail space.
The main consultant on the project is the local Al-Wasl al-Jadeed Consultants.
The Una award is ECC’s second in the Town Square development. In 2017 it secured the contract to build the Rawda residences.
