Bloom Holding has started work on residential component of its Park View development
UAE developer Bloom Holding has appointed the local Gulf Foundation for enabling works on the residential component of its Abu Dhabi development.
The work is expected to be completed in April this year.
A subsidiary of National Holding, Bloom has started work on the residential component of its Park View development in the university neighbourhood of Saadiyat in the UAEs capital.
The development will be located in the Marina district, close to the New York University Abu Dhabi, and will comprise two buildings.
The residential building will include a total of 234 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, while the 188-key hotel apartment building will feature studios, and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The main construction contract is expected to be tendered in the second quarter of this year, according to a source close to the project.
