UAE-based Lulu Hypermarkets, part of Emke Group, plans to launch its online shopping portal next year, offering its non-food items over the web, The National has reported. “We cannot move the food easily because it will be spoiled very soon,” Saleem VI, the group general manager for Emke Group said. Online groceries sales could be introduced in the longer term, he said.
