Majid al-Futtaim plans another Dubailand development

Community will include homes, leisure and entertainment facilities

Local developer Majid al-Futtaim (MAF) plans to develop a mixed-use community in the Dubailand area of Dubai.

The project, which will be developed by Majid al-Futtaim Communities, includes homes developed in distinct connected neighbourhoods as well as retail, leisure and entertainment facilities. 

Majid al-Futtaim says it is in talks with global and regional contractors with plans to unveil the master plan in the first half of 2018.

Another division of MAF is planning another major development in the Dubailand area known as D4. The 740,000 square metre mixed-use development is being developed by Majid al-Futtaim Properties near Global Village and the City of Arabia. It will consist of a combination of residential, retail, office and commercial space.
