US-based hotel operator Marriott Internationalhas signed an agreement to manage two hotel properties at US-based Capital Partners'$1,000 million RiverWalk development in Dubai Internet City. The development includes the 300-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 120-unit Marriott Executive Apartments development and will occupy a single site within the RiverWalk development. Enabling work on the project is being carried out by the local Al-Habtoor Engineering Enterprises. The local Dar Consultis the design consultant. Project management is being carried out in-house (MEED 22:7:05).
