Biography: Michael Lenarduzzi is the CEO of the Wave project in Muscat, the first freehold tourism and residential development in Oman.

The scheme a joint venture between the Omani government and the UAE conglomerate Majid al-Futtaim. Lenarduzzi has been involved in the real estate sector for 30 years. Prior to his role at the Wave, he was chief executive of Yenkit Tourism development in Oman and senior vice-president of development within the Majid al-Futtaim Properties group. In this role, he was responsible for the group’s investments in a number of mixed-use projects in the region.

Prior to moving to the Middle East, Lenarduzzi was the executive general manager for Australia’s AV Jennings.

In addition to his role in Australia, Lenarduzzi chaired a number of industry committees and was a member of the Urban Development Advisory Committee to the Planning Minister in the South Australian government.
