Microsoft tests revamped search engine

Microsoft Corp. has begun internally testing a revamped version of its internet search service, as the company strives to to improve its third-place position, after Google and Yahoo!, in the online search market. Industry watchers say that the system will likely be called Kumo.com. At present Live.com is the only version available to the general public.
