Middle East governments need to establish common legal ground in order for IT companies in the region to fully take advantage of private cloud computing, an industry expert has reported. "In the EU you have the same legally binding standards," said Jan Stoetzel, director, product marketing, managed infrastructure, Fujitsu. "But this is not seen in the MENA region. I'm pretty sure that the governments are working on something for some common ground as it will otherwise limit the growth of these enormous opportunity."
