Local developer Sorouh Real Estate has signed an agreement with Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts to manage and operate its boutique hotel in Al-Ain.
Located next to Jebel Hafeet, the 230-room hotel will overlook Al-Ain, as well as the Al-Ain Sports Club and Jebel Hafeet. Construction of the hotel is due to begin soon and the property will open for business at the end 2010.
